1. Acceptance

By installing or using WordLEX Party you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app; you can uninstall it at any time.

2. Licence

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. The app is licensed, not sold: you acquire no ownership rights in it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from the app; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it except where such restriction is prohibited by mandatory law; remove or alter copyright, licence or attribution notices; redistribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit the app or its assets; use the app in a way that breaks applicable law or harms the publisher or third parties.

4. Game content and dictionaries

The bundled dictionaries are distributed under their own licences, reproduced in the Licences and attributions section. Nothing in those licences grants you the right to extract and redistribute the dictionary data as a standalone product.

5. Leaderboard and community conduct

The global Hall of Fame is an optional public feature. You are responsible for the display name you publish there. Names that are unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, hateful, obscene, or that impersonate others or the publisher may be removed without notice. Scores obtained through automated play, cheating or manipulation may be voided.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a word accepted or rejected by the dictionary is linguistically correct in every context.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inner2Tech and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill or reputation, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The app is a game; it is not a dictionary, an educational curriculum or professional advice.

8. Intellectual property

The app, including its name, code, design, artwork and documentation, is owned by Inner2Tech and protected by copyright and trade mark law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Termination

This licence terminates automatically if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using the app and uninstall it; sections 7 and 8 survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update these terms in a new app version. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
