Privacy policy

1. Summary
The app is designed to work offline. It collects no personal data, runs no analytics, contains no advertising and embeds no third-party tracking. Nothing is collected unless you actively use the global Hall of Fame.
2. Data stored on your device only
The following data is written to the app's private storage and never leaves your device:
- Settings: chosen language, player display name and the values you configure in the game setup.
- Game progress: a saved game, if you choose to save and exit, so you can resume the same match.
- Game history: the results of finished games, with scores, penalties, word counts and timestamps.
- Hall of Fame score: your locally accumulated points and the player identifier described in section 3.
This data stays in the app's sandboxed storage. Uninstalling the app permanently removes it. The app never reads your contacts, SMS, photos, location, microphone, camera, advertising ID or any other data from your device.
3. Data sent only when you use the global Hall of Fame
The Hall of Fame is a shared ranking. To make it work, the app contacts the Talo leaderboard service at api.trytalo.com over HTTPS and transmits:
- A random anonymous identifier generated on your device, used to recognise you across sessions. It is not derived from any device, advertising or account identifier.
- Your display name, as entered by you. Do not use your real name if you prefer to stay anonymous.
- Your accumulated Hall of Fame score.
- A cache of the ranking you last downloaded, stored in the app's private storage.
The service assigns this identifier an internal account and keeps it for as long as the ranking entry exists. Anyone who opens the Hall of Fame can see the display names and scores that other players chose to publish there, so never enter anything you would not want to be public.
4. No advertising, no profiling
The app contains no advertisements, no in-app purchases, no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting service and no behavioural profiling. No data is sold, shared with advertisers or used for automated decision-making.
5. Deleting your data
You can delete your game history and Hall of Fame points from within the app. To remove your leaderboard entry completely, contact support@inner2tech.online. Uninstalling the app removes all local data; the ranking entry on the external service is removed only on request.
6. Children
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no personal data from anyone, including children under 13. Because no personal data is collected offline, no verifiable parental consent is required.
7. Permissions
The app requests no runtime permissions. In particular it does not need internet access for the offline game mode; network access is used solely for the optional Hall of Fame requests described above.
8. Security
All network communication uses HTTPS. The leaderboard credential is embedded in the application package and is used only to identify the game; it is not linked to you personally.
9. Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the updated text will ship with the new app version. Questions about privacy: support@inner2tech.online.
